Dr. Singh is straight up and honest, easy to talk to and get answers from. More than that, he has a really good touch when it comes to the work, and knows how to freeze me properly, and keep me frozen. He came highly recommended to me, and now I know why. In turn, I highly recommend Dr. Singh for any dental needs you may have. If you have (as I do) a fear of pain and dentists, DO NOT DELAY OR WORRY!
Have proudly been coming to this wonderful dental clinic for over 30 years. Would never dream of seeking treatment and advice elsewhere! The entire family find comfort in coming to such a welcoming and professional office.
I was scheduled for an appointment on a Friday, for some reason I had to cancel the same day for which I called them and apologized too. From that day I was blacklisted from their centre. I was told that I won't be able to book any appointment in advance. It felt like the centre was out to take revenge with me and my family. Group of inconsiderate and highly unprofessional staff. Avoid at all cost, am sure there will be more dentist centres in Richmond Hill who are there to treat people and not take revenge.
I've been afraid of the dentist all my life, finally had the courage. And they really took care of me and were extremely considerate amd understanding.
I’ve been going to Richmond Hill dentistry since 2004. Dr. Singh is my dentist and he’s great. He clearly communicates procedures and options. Priscilla, the office manager, is crackerjack organized and a pleasure to deal with. Rita and her crew at the front desk are welcoming and the facilities are kept clean and pleasant. (another bonus, The office is in a convenient location and there is always parking!)
Dr. Singh and his team are warm, caring professionals. They have awesome technology to ensure the comfort of their patients. Very highly recommend!!!
I've been to this Dentist Office a Number of times over the last Number of Years. Facility and Staff are Incredible. Everyone has such a positive outlook and generally enjoys seeing you. I was only in a few times every year and It was always a pleasure. Amenities are very clean and bright. Dr. Randy Singh is So Incredibly Personable, the Only down side is not being able to speak while in the dental chair. He and His staff Keep the Experience So Light and Enjoyable, One can almost Not wait to return for another visit! (Following their instructions and brushing and flossing regularly) See You all very soon :) Bud 5 Stars!
