I’ve been here about a dozen times but this visit was annoying. We split the bill four ways and somehow I got charged about $2 more than everyone else. We asked for an equal split so I don’t know how that even happened.
We came here last night as a group of 4 people. We called in advance to ask if they take reservations, Ardavan on the phone was kind enough to tell us that they never take reservations however if we call ten minutes in advance they can save 4 spots for us. We got there and were seated in a booth which is fine. We asked to relocate to the tables for more space and the server with the black T-shirt and ponytail told us it wasn't possible because it was reserved (when they don't take reservations). In reality he was just too lazy to join two tables together and help us relocate. Ardavan was kind enough to help relocate again despite the other server's overall bad attitude. Another grievance was turning up the lights and playing loud "closing time" music 20 minutes before close at 12:40am. It seemed like the business was more interested in losing customers than hospitality. If not for the bad service we would have brought more friends and business but the overall strange service and attitude by the server in the black tshrit and ponytail made it an odd experience.
Nice and cozy atmosphere, but there’s no food or alcohol available. You can bring your own food, which is a plus, and enjoy the shisha in a relaxed setting. However, the front entrance resembles a storage area filled with empty boxes, which detracts from the overall experience. Overall, a decent spot if you’re looking for a chill place to hang out.
Food & Drinks: The menu had a good selection of snacks and drinks to go along with the shisha. Everything tasted fresh and well presented. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but the portions were decent, and the quality matched the lounge’s upscale vibe. Shisha: The shisha was smooth and flavorful, lasting a good while without getting harsh. They had a nice variety of flavors to choose from, and the staff was attentive with refills and coal changes. You can tell they take care in the setup. Customer Service: Everyone was polite and professional — service felt relaxed but still attentive. They checked in a few times to make sure everything was okay, which was appreciated. Vibe: The lounge itself has a very cool and modern atmosphere — dim lighting, good music, and stylish decor that gives it a chic yet laid-back feel. It’s definitely more of a spot to chill and hang out for a couple of hours with friends rather than a quick stop. Perfect for groups of 3–5. Overall: A bit pricey, but if you’re looking for a clean, trendy shisha spot with great ambiance and solid service, it’s worth the visit.
First time at “ The Shish Lounge & Cafe”. It had great ambience and service was professional. We tried the regular Shisha and ordered pot of Saffron tea. All was good. There was a mix of people from multiple nationalities there. I recommend it.
The Shish Lounge delivers an impressive blend of Middle Eastern hospitality and modern vibes, making it a standout spot for a relaxed night out. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance feels upscale yet welcoming, with sleek décor, comfortable seating, and the warm scent of fresh shisha and grilled meats in the air. The food menu is solid, featuring a variety of wraps, platters, and shareables. Their mixed grill platter is a must-try — juicy kebabs, perfectly spiced chicken, and tender lamb served with fluffy rice and fresh salad. The garlic sauce and hummus are flavorful additions that really bring the meal together. If you’re just in for a light bite, the appetizers like grape leaves and falafel hit the spot. Shisha is the star of the show here, with a wide variety of flavours and smooth pulls that make for a laid-back evening. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help with flavour recommendations or to keep the coals hot. Whether you’re out with friends or on a date, The Shish Lounge offers a chill, clean, and enjoyable experience that keeps you coming back. It’s a solid go-to if you’re craving good food and even better vibes.
Good hookah, excellent tea, and tolerable dessert items served in a clean and beautifully-designed and decorated albeit tight, lower-capacity lounge. Menu items are a tad bit on the pricey side. Cards and boardgames are available. Overall good experience and would return and recommend.
