The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, helping us arrange the setup perfectly for our family party. Nice place. I have been going there since they started one year ago. They have i troduced more vr games and board games. Its a nice place to play vr games but not well cozy designed for setting down and playing board games. A bit pricy but every once in a while a good treat for your kids. I should mention that only comparable place that i know to this one is in missisauga but they are evn more pricy and the joysticks are super heavy makes you tired.
Not as I expected to be with all the advertising they have! Poor customer service not friendly staff and over price! They charge $10 per person for entire and service but just gave us a board game! Overall not happy with the service and the atmosphere.
Our group had lots of fun here, cudos to management team for creating this friendly and fun environment to play games and also enjoy some good food. Only we experienced delay on our food order and hot drinks, which it might be since it was a busy Saturday night of a long weekend. Despite all thank you Mahla & Vahid for bringing good customer service back to our community.
This place truly offers a wonderful and unique experience every night. The hosts make you feel like family and part of a community. Food is awesome, games are exciting and the vibes make you want to keep coming back for more.
This establishment’s patrons enjoy standing in the street being extremely loud on weeknights almost every single day, until 1am. As I type this on a Tuesday night at 1am, there are currently 3 cars parked in front, playing music with about 20 people standing in the middle of the street. This is a residential neighborhood surrounded by houses and apartments. Truly no respect for any of the neighbors. I have work in the morning, my neighbors have small children, and honestly no one can sleep. Considering this business is surrounded by residential homes, they might make any sort of effort to respect the people around them. But the first thing they did was to put up a hideous sign 4m wide and 2m tall, that was neon and changed colors every 5 seconds, and glowed down the entire street. They never turned it off, so the entire neighborhood enjoyed the neon glow of a billboard at all times. Thankfully, as it broke about 6 sign bylaws (yes I looked it up), they were forced to remove it. Also, it looked absolutely terrible. Generally, the owners don’t seem to care about the residents that surround this business. Very disappointing as I really want to support entertainment and destinations in downtown Richmond hill.
