Weve been with this vet for 2 years now. Recently we noticed our cat has been increasingly stressed out every time we visited there. He was very rough with handling our cat and frankly our bill has not been cheap. So with all these complications, we went to another vet near our neighbourhood. My cat loves his new vet because he was handled very gently. after our new vet did a thorough examination of our cat, we realized our cat was misdiagnosed for the past 2 years at this vet (Elgin Mills) and apparently we have been wrongfully charged for his misdiagnosis. Im giving a 2 star because I thank him for what he has done for my cat for the past 2 years, but thats all I could spare. So before you choose a vet for your precious pet, research carefully.
Dr Jogar was excellent. He was friendly, thorough, attentive, and informative. His assistant was also very friendly and full of smiles. I cannot comment on the prices being reasonable or not, but I havent been to any other vets lately. Would definitely come back!
Just switched here from another retired vet. They're extremely professional, kind and honest. Unlike other trying to rip you off, they suggest what is necessary and what's redundant. Highly recommend.
Dr. Jogar is an incredibly caring doctor, and I always feel he truly and personally cares for the pets (as well as the owners). I find him caring deeply about the well being of the animals without over-medicating them while providing patient counsel to my concerns. I can't recommend him enough.
This doctor basically told me my dog was going to die when I brought him in because he was limping. He didnt explain anything to me and didnt provide me any options. He basically just looked at my dog and said hes going to die. And guess what? I took him somewhere else and my dog is very much alive and well.
