I can't even explain how much I appreciate the service that my husband and I received from Dr. Alex and Chanel at Leslie Street Animal Hospital! We're from Barrie and we decided to drive to Richmond Hill to Leslie Street Animal Hospital after reading the reviews about the services that other customers had received! Boy, did we make the right choice! My husband and I couldn't be more happier with the services we've received from Dr. Alex and his assistant, Chanel. We brought in our kitty, Oliver, back in November 2017 with an eye issue. We loved the fact that Oliver received a lot of care from Dr. Alex. Dr. Alex gave us some medication that definitely helped Oliver out. Just over two weeks ago I had to take Oliver in for an emergency visit because his eyes suddenly swelled up and we didn't know why. I was extremely emotional as he is my first pet that I've ever owned myself and I wasn't ready to lose him or anything as he's only two years old. Dr. Alex and his assistant Chanel made me feel very calm during that time as I was crying a lot (cat Mom lol). The care that Oliver had received was AMAZING and the medication that was given to us has definitely worked as his eyes are almost completely back to normal! My husband and I can't thank you both enough for your amazing support and care for our kitty!! Definitely worth the drive from Barrie!
Friendly staff, good prices, we will see how Andy heals, but his teeth cleaning and wart removal seem to have gone well. One concern is that the incision is large and that wasn't explained to us before or after, but we are very happy. Recommend.
Staff is friendly. Dr. Alex is fantastic. I have never had a vet call to follow up on a pet. Prices are amazing.
Dr. Alex is very caring, diligent, and capable of performing many procedures, including dental extractions. I like that the clinic is open weekends when many other clinics are closed. The clinic is off the beaten path and I was able to see Dr. Alex without an appointment. I was also aware that he gave me discounts to help with my budget and seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. He performed major surgery on my cat within a day of the first visit. My cat is doing well and recovering nicely.
