On May 1 2018 my Doberman became very ill. He wasnt eating and was lethargic, usually he is high energy and eats everything I give him. I took him to the emergency vet and they saved his life as he was near death I felt it and saw it in his eyes. They ran tests and did X-rays on him and quickly found the problem. He had a large amount of stones in his bladder. They acted quickly and worked with us to ensure he got the best care. Thank you for the excellent service!

Taking a sick pet to the emergency vet is never easy. It is always after hours, late, dark and very anxious making. My beautiful kitten got violently ill and the Vaughan- Richmond Hill Emergency Vet was my vet of choice as my bulldog had been successfully treated there previously.Dr Jenna Richards warmly greeted me and clearly sensed my panic. Her soft voice and calming manner made me immediately feel that I was with a competent professional. She gave me options, suggestions and never pushed an expensive procedure. Patiently Dr Richards guided me through each test, explaining what the results could mean. Had to rush my yorkie here one night and they were all very kind and well informed. Gave me different options on how to proceed after explaining what the issues were. Although I hope I never have to go back they still took great care of me and my animal.
