Best care ever at a vet clinic. My cat actually purrs on the table while being examined and not from fear! They have seen us through a diabetes scare and he's now in full remission. We have always had excellent care for the cats and us. Instruction of care during the diabetes episode was complete and encouraging throughout a six month period of shots, food changes and occasional illness.
Outstanding service, professional vets, friendly and caring staff. The list can go on and on...Dr.Hughes been caring for my furry kids for over 10+ years and my family couldnt be more thankful to have such a great vet and awesome team to look after the animals. Highly recommended! I vote them for the best vet / animal clinic in GTA!
We have been bringing my 5 year old dog Phillip here for his entire life, and we now bring our 1 year old pup Glenna in as well. They both love coming in and interacting with all the staff. Everyone here is knowledgeable, more than capable, and very friendly and kind. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful place close to us!
I have been bringing my 2 cats and 2 dogs here for 10 years. Dr. Hughes is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring. I have seen many vets before, but I think Dr. Hughes is much more trustworthy compared to others.The clinic is very clean and organized, and all the staffs here are very nice and helpful too.I have been sending me friends and family over, and would continue to do so.Keep being awesome, Don Head Village Animal Clinic!
We moved to Dr. Hughes and Don Head Animal clinic many years ago and have never looked back.Our first experience was an emergency when we called them about 5 minutes before they closed with some worrying symptoms - they stayed open for us as we rushed our cat over - everyone stayed an extra 2 hours to help our poor boy - this type of situation just shows how much they care about their patients and the extra love and attention they are willing to provide.They are not a "cheap" vet; however, their quality of service, honesty and true affection for all animals are why we have gone back there for over 10 years.
