Cant rate as I was charged $75 for an order that I never received. Cancelled the order via Uber Eats 4 minutes after placing it and was charged full price. Amazing that they can fully make w party size pizzas in 4 minutes when delivery time was an hour and a half later (why I cancelled)... yes this is mainly an Uber issue but when calling Piazzolo and being told they absolutely already made it clearly this is a money grab!
Ordered a vegan pizza (veggie with vegan cheese) on UberEats and they added beef and pepperoni! When I called to complain, the staff was barely apologetic about it, and said to contact Uber for any concerns. Terrible customer service!!
Since I’m a vegetarian, they have good vegetarian option, I loved the spinach thin crust pizza. Wanted to add one thing more about staff, they are nice, friendly and take care of your considerations :)
they forgot 2 dipping sauces and didnt put barbaque sauce drizzle on the pizza like we asked. paid $25 for a large 3 topping and 2 sauces, wont be coming here again. do not reccomend

Great pizza hands down, but napkins are a sensitive subject three napkins for an extra large pizza... asked for lots of napkins second time. First time 0 napkins.... over all GREAT PIZZA!!
Update in a few years: got really sick from there twice in the last few months. A really bad allergic reaction, stomach ache, and I found a piece of dishwashing sponge in my pizza there tonight. :( I guess they aren't safe anymore. They have celiac and ncgs friendly pizza and we have been ordering there quite regularly for the last half a year without getting sick. This location is super careful about cross-contamination, and I feel safe ordering there. Their pizza is high quality and delicious too.
