They gave me a offer on the app and didn't complete the offer and since I didn't call in 24 hours they didn't do anything for me very disappointed will not be ordering oizaa nova again just for this fact
Although the pizza was good the customer service was awful. The person at the counter was extremely rude, short with customers, refused to provide another paper plate, provided 2 napkins when more were needed, rolled eyes when spoken to and was abrupt and abrasive. The space itself was cold and unwelcoming. I'm never coming back to this location.
Dirty place with a very rude staff member who ruined all the effort other people put in their job. Used to go there every now and then, but this time, after a long time, decided to have a dinner there. it was the worst exprience we have ever had. Will not recommend this place to anyone. A suggestion to the manager: please hire people who are trianed for costumer service.
I picked up a pepperoni slice for lunch, it was awful. I don’t know what has happened but it used to be really good. Cheese was almost uncooked, and the dough tasted bad. 0/5 if I could. Service was good so that’s why I’ll give one star

Best of the chains, in my opinion. Crust is just right thickness. Sauce is very tasty and there are a variety of good toppings. I find staff to be very friendly as well, no matter the location.
