I started coming to this pet store almost a year ago. I find the owner and staff to be very helpful and friendly. They have a large variety of needs for all babies. And, a big plus...they have cats for adoption. Not only that, they have cats who have medical conditions, and the staff give the loving care and treatment these precious babies require....thank you!! ❤ I will continue to purchase food and whatever else from Tru Pet...they deserve the business!
I’ve shopped at TruPet for over 8 yrs for both a dog and 3 cats. All had various allergies or digestive issues. Mike has been so patient with all my questions, has provided advice that has been super helpful. The staff at TruPet are always willing to help and go the extra step for customer service. I can’t say enough great things about this store, more specifically Meghan and Mike. They have been the most caring and informative people for pets (our cat in this case) and we can’t thank them enough for all their help and advice. Meghan helped us figure out what was wrong with our cat- allergy related - and helped us pick the best food choices. Something that the vet completely failed us at. Among all other great advice on toys and pretty much everything else. Highly highly recommend them.
Store is fine. The groomer at the back doesn't seem to know what she is doing. Did a very poor job on our Bouvier. We won't be back. Our quiet and gentle dog was traumatized when leaving the store. Her hair cut was a hacked job. Some nails too short which would have been painful for the dog, some not cut at all. An awful experience.
Love this shop! Tru Pet is the perfect place for me to buy all of my pets lots of goodies and necessities! The owner even goes the extra mile to order in my special brand of chinchilla food! A local staple and great small business, Tru Pet never fails to meet every animal's need. A great supporter of local shelters, too! Thanks for all you do! :)
I ordered a topper for my dogs to enjoy on their regular food. It was a way of seeing how it would work. However, the package was sent via the postal service, and they said it wasn't deliverable and sent it back. So, I communicated with TruDog to send it again. This time was sent via the postal service again and they said they delivered it, but nothing showed up at my house. TruDog wrote me an e-mail saying it was between me and the postal service, and that they wouldn't send anything else. So my question is this, who is going to pay the credit card company?
