I shop at this Pet Valu pretty often, and Sara has helped me a few times. She’s always friendly and actually takes the time to explain things without rushing you. Overall, she’s really helpful and makes the whole visit easier. Appreciate the good service.
Hi everyone ! i was here this morning the guy in the counter i think have a bad morning .the price was incorrect! we going whit him the line and check it , .he yelling at me because just mentioned him the price was not correct . very rude person ,used to be purchasing my doog food here ,but not here any more !
Connie, the groomer at this location, was fantastic—clean, helpful, and highly skilled! Unlike chains like PetSmart, they only take one dog at a time, which both my dog and I appreciated. My dog, Charlie, felt very comfortable and at ease with her. A special thanks to the kind cashier who gave him plenty of treats and attention. The store was clean, and the treats were still in their original packaging. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Very good at taking a custom order from me for birdseed. We have lots of visitors to our birdhouse daily! They always load my car for me as the bags are 35 pounds each.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The store carries a wide variety of good quality products. Convenient location. Prices reasonable. So if I am so happy, why 3 stars? Grooming - the young female groomer, Paniz, is very friendly and nice, and she does a good job - that is, if you can actually get hold of her to make an appointment! 95% of the time she doesn't return your calls or texts, and once I drove all the way to the store to speak to her. I had to literally, beg her to groom my dog. So I switched places. Customers, there is no reason you should hunt down the groomer to get served (calling the groomer and texts her 2 times and eventually drive there). And: She doesn't have an assistant, so she can only handle small dogs. One more comment: I am making this comment 2 days after I posted the above. Usually if you say something negative about a business, the owners WILL contact you right away to see what they can do about your situation, right? Here, nobody cares to contact me, not even AFTTER I emailed customer service.
