Fantastic accommodations despite the immense numbers of occupants. Clean and well kept even at max occupancy. If I could get a reservation in the next year I would but it's booked its so darn good... My only complaint that I did not bring up to staff was the busted ass bed. Nevertheless, I was alone and had 2 Queen's to choose from and I was more than comfortable. Suggestion: make a standard operating procedure to do monthly bed tests. Jump on those beds and double check those springs are not shot.
An excellent facility with great staff. Food outlets are good, rooms are bright and spacious. The only drawback is the highly congested parking lot at certain times of the day ( the only reason the fifth star is missing likely due to several restaurants and a food court in adjacent buildings bringing in extra traffic) I've stayed in one if the bigger suites for an annual convention for the last 5 years, and find myself always looking forward to returning. Called in for an early check in this time and front desk was most accommodating. Keep up the great work Sheraton Parkway, you've earned my loyalty .
Fantastic hotel. From the moment you walk in, nice bright clean check in area, Open hallway, can easily find which tower your room is. Their express check out is great, just toss your room key in the box in the lobby. Standard suite was very nice. Bright clean washroom, nice lighting and large window in the room. 2 TVs, wasnt expecting that. Great area around the hike as well. Plenty of restaurants.
The Sheraton hotel is connected to best western so it can create a confusing check in experience. I came here for a technology conference and found the hotel clean spacious and lit very well. The restaurant on the ground level is nice but the serving was slow. The staff is friendly and the Starbucks with free internet pass and multiple lobby computers (8008) is great. The gym, squash court and pools are also great additions. Little cheaper than the Hilton.
I ate at the restaurant across from the Starbucks. No one served my friend and I to sit after a couple minutes, so we went up to the waiter to order take out. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The burger was of the rich type and delicious. Would definitely recommend.
