Decent enough place for a less expensive option. Room was clean. Breakfast included was wonderful. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Good option for tournaments/2 or 3 night stay on a budget. Hotel a bit tired overall.

The staffs were very friendly, bed was clean and comfy with everything in working condition. The complimentary bf was excellent. Excellent value for the money..

Absolutely disgusting))! Infested with bedbugs! Called down to front desk _ they sent someone up to the room right away. We had 5 of those plastic cups n the bed all with bed bugs - huge ones and little babies!! Yuck!! Came back up a few minutes later they offered us another room 5 doors down from the bug infested room thinking we would still want to stay there! F@#$ UNBELIEVABLE _ NO F#@ way! And then tried to argue with me down at the front desk too! Damn right you're not gonna charge me... I couldn't flee fast enough! No star at all would be a better rating if we had the option!! Call in the bug police! They have services for this kinda stuff!!

The breakfast is excellent. It is beyond our expectation for the room rate is charged. We were upgraded to a suite since the reserved rooms for the marriage party were fully booked. The suite is really roomy and the bed is really comfortable.

Clean and comfy bed. We got a lower level room which I was surprised as this was partially below ground. I've never seen that for a hotel before. Was still clean. Would be better if checkout was at noon not 11.
