Will never book here and dont recommend it..desk staff were rude...and were demanding a $500 security deposit for a 1 queen bed room...complete b.s...i guess they pick and choose who they want to jack up the prices for ...their competitor down the road Richmond Hill Inn was better value for my buck. Better customer service too.
Good location, newly renovated. Rooms could definitely use a mirror in the room (other than in the bathroom) and the free breakfast could be better tbh. Prices have gone up $20.00 in the last 6 months which makes me hesitate to stay there again.
Walked into room, only see through curtains 0 privacy. Continental breakfast included only bagels and toast. Hair on the toilet in bathroom. Front clerk seemed unhappy and short tempered at our arrival. Re usable shampoo soap and conditioner.
Their service is amazingThey're very considerate and understanding of circumstances.The rooms are perfect for the price.Breakfast is reasonable but no one has the right to complain if they're paying a "Best Value"
Awesome room and lobby. Reno's are top of the line. There is no elevator but there are only 2 floors.
