Ali was brought in to service and repair our garage heaters, and it was a very pleasant experience. He carried a gentle demeanor which put us at ease. He was thorough with his work, made sure we knew the work that was done and was transparent from start to finish. We'll definitely be calling him for the regular maintenance needed for these heaters.

I called all over the city. No one came prepared to actually diagnos the problem except for Ali at Kelvin. He showed up, brought his tool kit, diagnosed the issue, got the part and has us back up and running with our Hot Water Tank. Excellent service!!! Highly recommend!!!
