I booked for gas fireplace maintenance and repair of the remote. The technician claimed he had only been booked to repaire the remote. He was here 5 minutes and charged $150. No mask, kept his shoes on. What a rip-off. Never again. Thank you for your prompt reply, but your call record was incorrect. I made it very clear that our fireplace was working, and in fac the pilot light was lit when the technician arrived, and the manual start produced a full flame. I requested repair of the remote and maintenance.
