Steve came within 2 hrs of me calling him. We smelled gas coming from our gas meter outside, found Maxim Air online and called. Steve diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue right away. I highly recommended their services. Thx again Steve for the amazing response time and great customer service. Josh
Sachin, who calls himself Steve, is a very unprofessional and opportunitistic person. He charged for a visit a, gave the wrong diagnostic, the issue persisted, and then he wouldn't call back. On the call he bashed "white people", who will charge more and are dishonest, but he's dishonest.
my water heater rental broke. to replace it, Enercare required new exhaust venting as my original venting was not up to code. I called many places to inquire about this, and most HVAC services do not provide full vent replacements. Sachin and his dad were able to come the day after I called them and finished the work in 4 hours. Very professional and on time, they left their license # as proof that the work was done. Enercare came and installed my new heater as the exhaust venting is now up to code. The enercare guys don't usually see these kind of full exhaust venting replacements either and thought the price Sachin charged was very fair. Great service! would recommend.
Steve is a great guy. He helped me get my furnace repaired over the phone on the night of his birthday, just before his birthday dinner. He is pleasant to talk and really appreciate all his great advice. Your in good hands with Steve,
Responsive and straightforward, squeezed us in to Work with our schedule. Gave us update notice on when he was leaving his current location and time of arrival for same week quote and installation day. Work was done as expected and well done. Was respectful of keeping furniture clean. Will be calling for future work.
