Totally nightmare and terrible experience! Bought a Rubi shower kit from them, parts are missing, have to come back multiple times but ends up getting really bad attitude from them even yell at us. All we need is to simply compare what we got with their sample, but they keep saying we lost the part and showing super inpatient. The first time we came back for missing part they claimed they gave us everything, but ends up they found it lost in the back storage(also start being inpatient at that time). Make us feel like it's a crime being a customer here. [Updated Response to owner's reply] Because they are still lying on it: 1. I didn’t get this product in rush, instead, I purchased it as In Stock item and pickup immediately. 2. I did not receive anything from this shop after this happened, because they prefer to blame customer but not offering helps. I got the replacement part by directly contacting the brand.

Great selection, competitive prices and great customer service. We purchased vanity and at home we discovered the top was cracked and we were not sure whose fault was that. Yorktaps had no issues getting us replacement. I do recommend this store.

Samantha who helped us was wonderful. She was very knowlegable in the products we were looking at. She was extremely patient with me, answered all of my questions and was not pushy at all. We had a large project and used York Taps. Great place. Nice showroom with lots of different brands on display from faucets, bathtubs, showers, and more. Best customer service by far. I used their website to order what I needed, the shipping was quick, the site has such a great variety. There was one item I was looking for specifically that wasn't on the website, however Samantha was able to source it and sell it. The prices can't be beat. I'll definitely be returning again! Have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Recommended by my neighbour who purchased vanities and faucets from York. Dealt with David, the manager through two bathroom renovations. Everything except my shower enclosures were sourced from here. He was exceptional, courteous and professional. Any problems were dealt with quickly and without hassle. I returned a shower system that was missing a part and was able to change to another brand and style. Prices are reasonable.My friend likened my renovations so much she purchased four vanities for her house. Definitely recommend York Taps
Our contractor suggested that we look at this store for a new vanity for our powder room. He said it was his favourite store for vanities. However, I was not impressed with (1) the knowledge of the sales staff or with (2) the variety of products.(1) The knowledge of the sales staff. I pointed out that every vessel sink I've ever used seems to splash all over the place, and I asked whether the basins we were looking at also splashed. They had no idea, and seemed to think my question was dumb/crazy. They suggested instead that we simply turn the faucet on only a little bit, which is useless advice for a powder room where guests will be using your faucet -- you can't exactly put up a sign saying "please turn it on only a little bit". In comparison, another store I went to had useful suggestions for me, like adjusting the amount of flow at the pipe (I assume you can do this under the sink?) or getting a faucet that is lower down rather than higher up. I also pointed out that one of the vanities we were looking at (the floor model, as there were no more in production) had the cupboard doors misaligned and the sales rep just kept saying "hinges! hinges!" as if I was supposed to know how to adjust the hinges such that the cupboard doors would be better aligned. I think if you actually want to sell the floor model, then you should adjust everything so it looks as perfect as possible. I found the sales people dismissive of my legitimate concerns and not knowledgeable about the basic requirements of a vanity.(2) The variety of products. The standard size of vanity seems to be 36", but we need a 28" or 30" vanity. They did have one 28" and one 30" vanity at the store, one of which was the floor model where the cupboards did not line up properly when closed. They have two different colours for the cupboards: white and java. I thought both were nice. However, the vanities are sold "as-is", which means that you cannot modify the counter top or the basin or the colour of the cupboards. I found that surprising since they say they manufacture everything themselves, so it doesn't seem like a big deal to me to change white cupboards for java-coloured cupboards. Basically this meant that there was only one vanity I could buy in the entire store. I was not impressed with the variety of products.
