Ultra are definately a team you can trust and have confidence in doing things right. My water heater change-out was a difficult job, yet they had no problem taking on the challenge. Jeff came and carefully assessed and explained to me all the details so I would understand what was entailed. They came prepared, worked efficiently and with great respect to us and our home. Ultra were very professional, knowledgable and above all, very personable. Overall an excellent experience and I thank them for making it stress-free for me.
