Great place. Nice showroom with lots of different brands on display from Fausts,tub sinks, and more. Very helpful staff. Amy who helped us was wonderful. She was very knowlegable in the products we were looking at. We tried to go to other places but their hours and showroom were substandard to them. We ordered out showerdoors and floor and shower unit and were very happy with the price. We look forward to picking up our items and dealing with them in the future.
We visited Yasser at Cornerstone Bath & More last Tuesday for the first time and it was a great experience.Yasser provides a detailed walkthrough of the shower products at the store, sharing different perspective of his clients and their experience. He understood that we were first time home owners and wanted to offer the best value for us. He asked the right questions to understand our needs and then proceeded to walk through 4-5 products that ranged from the low to high end of our budget. I was very impressed with his relaxed and no pressure communication. At no point did we feel like we were pressured to buy anything, as a matter of fact, we actually walked out that day without buying anything and he even welcomed us to take a look around and decide to come back.After looking around several big box stores and smaller stores, we have decided to go back as he offers superior customer service and quality products.You have to come check this store out and speak with Yasser if you dont have much bathroom knowledge but want to learn more without being pressured into buying.10/10 would recommend.
Best customer service by far. I used their website to order what I needed, the shipping was quick, the site has such a great variety. There was one item I was looking for specifically that wasn't on the website, however they were able to source it and sell it. The prices can't be beat. I'll definitely be returning again!
Yasser was great to deal with. He was helpful but let us make our own decisions, not pushy at all. We had our 2 young boys with us and he was very patient with their antics as well. Great experience.
