I cannot recommend Vtechs and Kamyar enough! I thought my Alienware Area-51 was completely bricked due to a corrupted BIOS, but Kamyar saved it. I was only going to be able to drop the computer off on the weekend, but I didn't even have to—he actually came to pick it up and dropped it back off fully fixed the very next day! It gave me peace of mind knowing Vtechs is a certified Dell support centre, and he finished the job within 24 hours at a very fair price.
