Mark was able to install a new hard drive on my laptop and ensure that all my saved files were recovered. This was done within a day at a very affordable cost. I would recommend Mark to my family or friends if they need any laptop repairs.
I disassembled and repacked a second hand gaming desktop and bring it from Hong Kong to Canada. As I have no clue which parts went wrong when I reassembled it and see the warning light on, Mark checked all possible components, motherboard, power, bios and my wiring. When he told me it's PSU problem I thought I would need to buy another expensive 1000w PSU... But finally Mark is able to fix my PSU capacitor and save my whole gaming desktop! He is a very capable technician and willing to try every step to repair electronic machine. I am sure if it is happening in Hong Kong, I will just be told to buy a new PSU so as to pay for the troubleshoot fee. Strongly recommend Mark.
