I had a very disappointing experience with this store. The quality of the dress was cheap, and their customer service was extremely poor. During the party, the dress’s zipper ripped, and I had to leave early because of it. Unfortunately, when I contacted the store, the owner refused to refund or exchange the dress. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
I must say, the experience was absolutely delightful! The store vibe is so friendly and welcoming, making shopping here a pleasure from start to finish. I asked about that exchange policy and the owner tells me I can get a refund within 30 days. I went back 8 days later and was told I can only exchange or get a credit. Then I was told only regular priced items are refunded. Again I wasn’t told any of that when I asked about the policy prior to making the purchase. Terrible customer service!!! They are located in Hillcrest Mall. I wouldn’t shop there.
