The manager needs to have a serious conversation with the asian girl that was working today. She has a rude attitude towards the customers and is not knowledgeable of products sold in store when she is asked about where certain items may be. She is there as if she doesnt want to be there at all; shes trying to get through her hours and to go home as soon as possible. Please watch out with that attitude as customer service is the most important part of your job.
Best customer service ever hands down! I was in a rush yesterday morning and honestly kind of a bad mood, but the young lady, Mary Jetty was very patient with me and helped me out. She made my day. Thanks Mary, would definitely recommend!
I just had to share that a young lady Esha, went out of her way to help me find just the right product I needed. She was polite, attentive and not pushy. She created a wonderful experience, just so sweet to deal with. You need more people like her on your sales floor. She made sure to help me find every item on my list, and she is absolutely amazing with kids( my kids asking to visit Hillcrest mall again ). Great product, prices and service provided.
