i recommend no one to come and shop from here. they took advantage of me. i purchased a google phone. and home internet. the manager , i believe her name was Aida. did it over the phone for me. she called me and said my contract was up and that she can offer me a better deal. as i have dealt with this store before and had an okay expeirecne i didnt think much of it and trusted the call. i gave my driver license and credit card over the phone. and came in after 2 days and picked up the device. but...before i came i got a charge on my credit card for device protection around 8.67 then the month after got charge again 10.13. i was very frustrated, when i went to the store to pick up the device. the manager wasnt there, so i asked for the receipt. the person who was working was hesitating. i said its my phone receipt please give it to me. when i got it i saw it had warranty and few other accesories that the employee didnt give me. when i asked him about it , he said he had to talk to the manger. he called the manager and told me to come back another day. i said i wouldnt come back at all. this is an expeirence i will never want to expeirence again. i dont understand how this comapny can operate like this.
There’s a kid without a name tag who works there , this kid lied to me and wasted my time for days Never ever ever in a hundred million years I’m going to wireless wave again , never I would edit my review but no one ever tried to get back to me
Corey is the best sales person I have dealt with. 100/10 highly recommended dealing with him. Does a good job, helped me get two very good phones with a decent bill payment.
