(HIGH TECH RD RICHMOND HILL) We originally walked in with no intention of buying a new phone, but April took the time to carefully review our needs and helped us choose the best possible plan, which actually saved us money. She was incredibly thorough in explaining the contract, with no hidden surprises—she clearly showed us what our bill would look like next month and exactly what we needed to pay. Everything was transparent and easy to understand. On top of that, she was kind enough to include a few complimentary phone accessories, which was such a nice touch. The entire process was efficient and not time-consuming at all. We walked out with a brand-new phone, a better and cheaper contract, and feeling super happy and confident with our decision. This was my second time getting a new phone from this location in the last couple of years. In all honesty the staff here are great, they will provide you with your options to get the best plan and maximize any benefits such as PC points. I ended up getting a great new phone and my number was transfered within minutes to my new phone. I also ended up getting a lot of PC points.
Best customer service I have experienced in quite some time. Very knowledgeable staff and the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best rate plan for my needs. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to buy or upgrade their cell phone and/or data plan.
Didn’t end up completing a purchase here yet there still activated the account with Fido with no number. Never received a device or a sim yet I receive bills regularly from Fido. Had to call Fido twice to and am still dealing with this. I would give 0 stars if I could.
