I have owned a Ford for almost 10 years and have dealt with two other Ford dealerships in the past, but I was not happy with the service at either of them. My experience completely changed when I visited this location for the first time. I cannot say enough good things about the service manager, Sina, who is extremely professional and took extra time to help me. I would also like to mention Ali from the service staff, who was excellent and very helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this location, even if, like me, you need to drive a bit. It is absolutely worth it for such a great experience.

First time there since I own the actual car.A 2014 Focus with its good and bad things. I used to go Yonge & Steels for five years and it wasn't that bad.But those guys they turned bad, since the warranty expired what did I expect......They were ignoring my requests in regard with recalls for transmission module and clutch.Rude, not even return a call after weeks of attempts to schedule a service appointment . But they pushed me to buy a new car. I ended up at Twin Hills hoping for better.And it was definitely. Begining with Olivia's smile at the front desk and ending with Soroush the advisor that looked after the process.I could not complain for anything. Professional manners and good work. There was only a good guy named Sina but from any other aspects this is one of the worst dealership and mechanics. when you are purchasing your car they say five years and less than 100,000 km your car Has guarantee but for any problem when I go there they charge me completely
