Suren sold me a car back in May, 2023. The car was never delivered, and he still has my money (Writing this in December 2023). He stopped answering my messages and calls. At multiple points he agreed to send my money back, but has always came up with an excuse. I drove an hour and a half there about a week ago after he said the cheque would be ready, but he was not there and neither was the cheque. Lastly, I wrote a review a couple months ago, and was told by him that in order to get my money back I would need to take down my review. So I did but still have not gotten my money back, or heard anything. I would absolutely stay away from this place, Suren is a thief.
I am not impressed with how my friend has been scammed here! He bought a car that shouldn't have passed safety, with a check engine light on that they cleared before he drove it away, also his coolant system was frozen because they put straight water into his rad. If I sold anyone this car I'd be very ashamed of myself! I personally will never buy a car here after what happened to my good friend. Sincerely, disappointed.

Had a great experience with Suren and Level up. I showed up with three kids and two car seats to test drive a pristine BMW and he didn't bat an eye and the level of chaos descending on him and the car. I didn't end up buying the car, but I that had nothing to do with Level Up. In fact, Suren was very understanding of my interst priorities and was more of a partner on the potential transaction than a sales guy. Very much appreciated his approach to both the sale and my kids. Will keep this place in mind despite the hour drive.
