This store has been my go to beauty supply store for the past few years. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and always take time to answer customers’ questions. The prices are fair too. Overall always a great experience to shop at this store.
I am disappointed that this store is not being properly monitored. They sell low-quality, expired goods at extremely high prices. It seems some products are counterfeit and repackaged by themselves. I will certainly follow up to ensure the necessary actions are taken to stop this place from operating so that people are not exposed to the dangers of consuming these substandard products. If my spouse's health is jeopardized, I will take legal action through a lawyer and the police. I strongly recommend avoiding purchases from this store to protect your health and that of your family.
I would've give no star to this rude new owners if I could. I do my hair at the salon & due to the Covid 19, I thought to go to beauty supply and ask for my hair color. the lady was telling me how to mix the two color equally & I will get the same color that I want, by doing so my hair become brownish orange....When I approached the guy and told him what had happen (as he doesn't even knows anything about the colors) and told him that I asked the lady whom works here & seemed to know something to give me the right color and I did it by her recommendation as I though she knows better than I do, he rudely replied we are doing it as a favor next time we don't do any favor for you!!!! If this guy is new to this country he should learn how to deal with customer and act more professional not a bully. I told him that I would not give my business to you and make sure that this goes public and people knows about it and don't need your unprofessional favor.
