Today I went to get my root color , and an experienced lady named Sima helped me choose the best shade to prevent my hair from fading. She was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service that perfectly met my needs.
I had a very disappointing experience at this beauty supply store. The salesperson was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very disrespectful and mocking tone. It felt like they were making fun of me with the way they talked, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. On top of that, their prices are much higher than other beauty supply stores I've visited. I definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The salesperson was not only rude but also overly insistent, pressuring me to make a decision immediately without giving me the opportunity to browse. Additionally, despite the store being advertised as open until 7 PM, I was informed that they were closing when I entered just after 6 PM. The prices here are also considerably higher compared to other beauty supply stores. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store and will not be returning.
Absolutely love this beauty supply store! They have a great selection of hair and skincare products, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Love the service, love the products I can’t say enough about how amazing Simin was she helped me when I had spent $300 on a hair service that I absolutely hated! She walked me through what to do and how to fix it, I am never going to a solan again ! Highly recommend

Not recommended. She overcharged me $10 for Wella hair color every time and always asked for cash. I bought the same product from another beauty supply store for just $5.99.
