I went to Home Comfort Centre today to buy some replacement filters for my water softener and reverse osmosis unit in the kitchen. As usual Jeff Wong was extremely helpful in explaining some questions I have and helped me with the order. The Centre is very spacious and welcoming. I definitely would recommend anyone looking for home improvement items to pay a visit at this place.
I purchase a bag of coffee bean on the websi that they had to delivere it to me but I didn't get it. after 6 months They send an email that we don't have your order. Do you want another coffee? Or you wanna wait for your original order I said. No I'll wait. After a couple more months they send me an email that do you want another kind of coffee or you want to wait for your original order after months of going back and forth with emails they finally refund me and I did not get the coffee.
I seldom write a review, but Home Comfort Centre was truly out of my expectation. My tenant has thrown away 2 of drain stoppers out of the sinks in the master bedroom. I tried home depot, but the size was different. So I searched online and found Home Comfort Centre should have the parts. I then dropped by as it is close to my home. They said the parts have to be ordered, but they would check to see what they can do. Amazingly, their product specialist, Ray, gave me 2 whole sets of stainless steel drain assembly that have the same size for free. I felt overwhelming as I did not make any purchase in the shop, but he said he hoped I would come back some days if there are anything I need. In fact, I am amazed with their collections for kitchen and bathroom products along with Air and water systems, I believe I would visit again some day again for sure!

I rented a few of their 5 gallon water bottles from them (deposit was $10 each) so I can fill them at their location for my water cooler, but they refused to give back the deposit when I tried returning the bottles, bad business practice!
