I purchased a vanity set (sink and cabinet). It came with a piece of backsplash and 2 side wall pieces; seemed pretty standard. Then to come home and realized the backsplash was not the correct size, color, or the print pattern. The two side pieces were also not the same print. Basically these pieces were pretty much thrown in to be rid of. I contacted the guy trying to smooth out the issue - basically just give me the correct piece or make one. Dude went on to say all vanities come with their respective set and he cannot make adjustments. So then where are my correct pieces? Then he contradicts with my vanity not having one (so why give me the pieces in the first place). Not to mention think sink bore hole wasnt perfect round making holding of the water impossible. I chose to fix it on my own and focused on the backsplash pieces. After a week of going back and forth, whoever i dealt with (if not the owner) simply refused to remedy the situation and pretty much stopped replying. I still want to be fair and say if you buy stuff from them, better get it right the first time, if not, youre SOL. To the owner - I'm done wasting my time (and yours). However you want to twist the story, i won't spend anymore time on this.
