I had a credit to use for bath depot from a returned item and I have to say that using the credit was truly a 10 out of 10 good customer service experience. The store manager was extremely helpful and even took the time to set aside my items so that I could just come into the store and pick them up. Everything was very seamless and all of the staff that I spoke to were extremely friendly and helpful. Probably one of the best shopping and customer service experiences. I have had in quite some time. I would definitely recommend working with staff here and will be returning specifically to this store location for any future needs.
The folks at Bath Depot have been incredibly helpful. Michelle in particular has been just amazing. We needed a bathtub ASAP and they worked with us to find the right tub in the shortest time. Always courteous and kind, they took the stress out of a stressful situation. When we had an issue with our vanity, they offered to replace the unit and we could use the existing one in the meantime until the new unit was ready. All in all, I've been very impressed and would look to use them as my first port of call for any bathroom needs.
We were starting a Reno on our powder room and decided to drop in at the new Bath Depot location in Richmond Hill. The selection of vanities and toilets was varied in styles and higher end quality. We had excellent help and advice from Mellissa at this location. She was friendly and did not pressure us to buy. Her expertise was great and helped us narrow down our choices. We ended up buying our vanity,faucet and toilet there and are very pleased with our choices. Our powder room is gorgeous and we have Mellissa and Bath Depot to thank for that. Completely unprofessional - poor customer service. We were called to pick up all our items, got there and only one of the items was there. No apologies were given. Perhaps, a course in how to treat and speak with customers might be beneficial.
I don’t normally give out review but this one deserved to be shared. We just placed our bath tub and faucet order at this location. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and provided us with exceptional customer service. NO pushy salespeople. If you’re looking for a positive and full attention experience, make sure to drop by and ask for Michelle.
