Perfect product I love to buy bread from that area , the only thing in weekends they start to cook bread so late in the morning we always wait for long time to get bread and eat breakfast so late. لطفا پخت نان را صبح ها زودتر شروع كنيد بخصوص شنبه و يكشنبه ها . چون مردم پلن دارن پیک نیک برن یا کلا روزھای اخر هفته پخت نان رو زودتر شروع كنيد. لطفا اگر امکانش ھست برنامہ ى پخت انواع نان ها و روزهايي كه انها را میپزید بفرمائید من اصلا نمىدونستم بربرى هم درست مىكنيد ازكامنت ها ديدم لطفا بفرماييد چہ روزھایی کدام نان ھارا درست میکنید باتشکر
I love Sosha bakery, Their Sangak with sesame seeds is always fresh and tastes amazing. It’s the best I’ve had. The staff are super kind too I I always call ahead, and they save the bread for me. Highly recommend this Bakery
چندین ساله که مشتری سنگک های سوشا هستم و راضی بودم. مشکلی اخیرا پیش اومده که تمام سنگک ها پشتشون سیاه میشه (تصویر پیوست) و سوخته های چسبیده به نان که خیلی هم برای سلامتی مضر هست میاد تو سفره مون. چندین بار خواهش کردم و تذکر دادم که این مشکل حل کنن ولی تا حالا نشده. امیدوارم که این پست توجه مالک رو جلب کنه و درستش کنن چون هنوز هم دوست دارم خرید کنم ازشون. I have been a customer of Susha for several years and have been satisfied. However, recently I have encountered an issue where their Sangak turn black on the back (see attached image), and burnt residues stick to the bread, which is harmful to health, end up on our table. I have requested and reminded several times to resolve this issue, but so far nothing has been done. I hope this message catches the owner's attention and they rectify the situation because I still want to purchase from them.
They have a really good product, also very kind and respectful. I believe that in the near future, they will have such a lot customer that we don't need to place an order in advance. I wish all the success in their business.
2 weeks ago the sangak bread we bought for $4.50 cents for one now when we went in and bought 2 it was $5 each, and when we asked them about they said the price has been like this for the past 2 years even though 2 weeks ago it was $4.50, and when we told them about it they could not care any less and said I have a customer that I need to get to.
Sosha Bakery, located at Oak Ridges, provides high quality Iranian bread (ie. "Sangak", "Barbari" and "Taaftoon"). It is highly recommended try their bread. If you are lucky, you might be able to get their fresh "Haleem" also. Apart from this you will be able to pick up some grocery items for a quick bread complement shopping (Cheese, Jam, Walnut, ...). If you are looking for quality Naan, visit this bakery. It is always better to call and order in advance to ensure fresh bread is kept aside for you.
I got 4 sanggak bread from this bakery few minutes ago, this time was my 9th or 10th times to shop there. Today was the first time I saw the lady (who has her picture on their add on google and also most of the time at the store as the cashier)put the fresh bread in one plastic bag and the other two in individual bags, I told her why you did that the both bread would be loose and no one like it she asked me do you want I put those in separate bag,My question is how much she can save for one bag? they already charge $3.50 per bread few cents shouldn't be big a deal!!! Her problem is the same as the MOST of Iranian's business,at the beginning they are good after few regular costumers who has been loyal to them they misunderstood and start to ruin the main part of their business which all around the world call it CUSTOMER SERVICE.
