Contacted Ilya for A repair on a Meile wine fridge. We paid him $150 service call. Followed up with him five times to figure out what the cost of the repair would be and zero responses. He also would not Respond to our request for a refund given that he didn’t follow through with the repairs. Bad service to say the least!
Ilya was very professional, prompt and determined to solve a very complicated problem with our gas dryer, where others took the easy way out by saying they can't find parts and to buy a new dryer Ilya found replacement part and fixed it. I was impressed with his comment "if I can't fix this I will not be able to sleep tonight until I figure it out" all that for a very reasonable price stop looking he the guy for the job. Thanks Ilya

My fridge stopped working on me in the morning. I called and was able to get a technician out to me later that day. They guy was very friendly and had the fridge fixed within an hour! Great service, would highly recommend
