Three visits and still having the same issue. Tried to get him to come back and schedule appointment and never called back. Talks over you. Very unprofessional.
Wow! I can breathe again! My dryer suddenly stopped working yesterday , and I already had a pile of laundry done waiting to be dried. Called Super Tech Appliances Repair without much hope but a very nice technician Jalal came this morning and fixed it! Courteous, professional and punctual- all done in no time! I would highly recommend this business.
When the issue explained on phone, the technician already knew the problem and could have provided quote on phone. When technician came home, we were provided with possible issues before opening the fridge. But their dishonesty of charging $70 visit fee was shameful. The part price quoted was $210, when we looked online, it cost only $40. We were asked to order online if we need that. Now, the greed at top line for them, they do not want to sell material at cost, but want to ensure customer buys from them because now they are already due for visit charge. Brothers, try honest way of making money, rather than fooling customers around. Never recommended. They charges $430 for fridge that cost $1000.
Jalal technician is really good doing his job really well. Very knowledgeable and he will give you advise as well and will look not just the issue you called in but overall. Hamid from the office is good communicating and will send you technician right away. I will recommend them to anyone with no doubt. Kudos to Jalal and thank you so much. -Eve
