Igor arrived same day and identified the problem with the washing machine. The part was ordered and it was installed a day later. Washing machine is working again, I am very happy with Igor's quick response and returning quickly with the part to get the washing machine working again.
Igor was prompt, polite and knows exactly what he is doing. We had an earlier service call when our fridge was still under warranty and that authorized frigidaire tech failed to do what Igor figured out pretty quickly. We now have a basement fridge in proper working condition, thank you!
