Rude service. I would’ve kindly accepted the store credit as they said its company policy, but the store manager was speaking very rudely with me. Maybe a better tone with your customers would actually help your business. Her name was Sara
Very disappointing experience. When I didn’t like one of the items, they refused to take it back and instead offered a ridiculous alternative. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, and the overall service was terrible. I definitely do not recommend this store to anyone.
I purchased a dress from Honey and immediately asked to return it for a refund or at least store credit, only a few minutes after purchase. They refused to accommodate me. On top of that, they claimed the dress was from their “new collection,” yet I later found the same item featured on their Instagram back in 2023. This feels misleading and dishonest. Very poor customer service, no flexibility, and questionable practices. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this store.
This store in particular does not follow their own company policy. At first when we went there to return a top and a skirt, They said that their system wasn’t working. Then they told us to come back on Monday, which would be above the 10 business days that I could process a refund. Then I insisted on staying in the store until the system gets fixed. They told me it’s gonna get fixed in about an hour. I said it’s OK I’ll wait and I insisted more on returning then suddenly after me insisting more the system started working perfectly fine. When I was returning the item, they told me that since I didn’t purchase the item from that honey store, I should go back to the store that I purchased the item from which is not mentioned in the policy. I said that it’s not mentioned in the policy and please process the refund, However, they started bringing out irrelevant issues from the dress just to not make the return. Firstly, they said that the top was a corset which was incorrect Secondly, they said that the skirt doesn’t have a tag on which I showed them the receipt that mentions this skirt was purchased with a ripped tag. At the end of the day, they didn’t process the return. I was left with waste of time wasted money and I suggest do not spend a single cent on this store because once it comes to returns, they Forget their own policy. I used to be a big fan of the brand, but this single instance that I tried to return an item and I saw this behavior. I’m definitely not recommending this to anybody. Suggestion for the customer: The product here is overpriced not that great quality and customer service is terrible. Don’t waste your money. Suggestion for honey: Be careful who you choose to become your employee their behaviour is gonna impact your profits.
Angela was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so kind and thoughtful, and her help made things so much easier for me. She went above and beyond what I expected and made sure I had everything I needed. People like Angela really make a difference, and it’s clear she truly cares about helping others. Honestly, she deserves a raise for the outstanding service she provides. Thank you, Angela!
Heyyyyy stop deleting my review Please, think twice before shopping from this store. After making a payment at the cashier, I immediately changed my mind about the purchase and requested to return the items. However, although I had not yet left the store premises, they refused to take the items back or issue a refund. I will never come here again. The stuff is very poor quality and expensive.
I called the store to ask for help finding a dress and Lauren was amazing! She really went above and beyond to help me. The dress I wanted was sold out online but she helped me look for it in the store. When it was still sold out in stores, Lauren found the dress in another colour that wasn't shown on the website. She also offered to look for dresses similar to the one I was looking for that they had in stores and even sent me photos and videos of them. She is so sweet and made my shopping experience for a grad dress so much easier during lockdown! Thanks so much Lauren
