Bright Bean Toys contacted me to let me know when the package would be coming, which was great. The only issue is the product I purchased was out of stock, and that didn’t show online, and I had to enquire as to why the product hadn’t shipped. If the product is out of stock it shouldn’t show as able to purchase in the online store.
