Ridiculous management
WORST SERVICE EVER!! EMPLOYEES AT RICHMOND HILL LOCATION OFFER DEAL TO CUSTOMERS THEN OTHER EMPLOYEE DOES NOT HONOR IT. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER.
Absolute horrible experience. I came in person and paid for my unit in full until my last day. A few days later I get a call from them saying I have an outstanding balance. I said no I have my receipt she said oh yes I see it here in the system sorry. A few days later I go with my movers that I am paying for and there are big red locks on my unit!!!!! Cutting into my time with the movers.
