Abacus Self Storage is one of the cleanest and most secure storage companies around. These are atributes that are very important in light of the items left in the protection of a company that rarely has the opportunity to interact with the customer. But what is exceptional about this storage company is their customer service when the opportunities do arise to meet or speak with them. I have had the pleasure to interact with Jane and the Maintenance Manager, Brian on several occasions. They are extremely helpful, more than accommodating and resolve any issue that comes up with the utmost respect. Thanks Jane and Brian, you deliver a great customer experience, which by the way, you rarely find any more!
Nice storage facility, very clean and well-run. Best in the area. Spend a few bucks more and use Abacus Self Storage, instead of the other local competition. Better value! Better service, too. More peace of mind.
Ive been using Abacus on and off since 2006 and its the best storage facility in Richmond Hill hands down. I feel safe and Im never worried about my stored valuables.
Terrible management. They are not fair and love to give you a hard time on there own mistakes. Stay away as the owner Jane is terrible ... would not recommend at all. They harass you and make life difficult. Also not accessible after 10pm and staff is not there on Sundays. Stay away at all cost. Old facility also and beware they raise there fee every year.
