Terrible experience with store manager. referred to 3 staffs and no one cared to help. all having attitude. why should even give one star to such store with zero management!
This is an unauthorized sportchek store. It refuses to adhere to the store policy. I have been a long loyal customer at sportchek. Today is the day I felt absolutely betrayed and ridiculed by the brand. Since, I know sportchek has always been caring Canadian brand by offering price match to us customers. I went to this store location today to price a pair of slippers sold in a Montreal physical retail store. But then I was refused to offer a price match simply because the other store is based in Montreal. I never had this issue before with other sportchek locations as I have been shopping with the brands for years and on. After the sales associate said they can't price match because the other store is Montreal, I pulled up the official sportchek policy that states "The price(other retailers') must be verified by our employees, must be in Canadian currency, and must be sold by an authorized retailer located in Canada". Yet even though I pulled up the company policy, the store manager simply told me " sir, I am not going to price match for you no matter what" I feel humiliated. As I left the store in shock, I saw the associates immediately started laughing and smiling with the store manager immediately after I turned my back. I have never felt such humiliation by a company that has always been my go-to store. SportChek still has a special spot in my heart, but I will never shop at this location ever again.
Kristen provided Excellent and exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond her job duties and was very friendly. She answered all my questions and made every effort to assist me. I would definitely come back to this location. I will recommend and refer all my friends and family to come to this location to make their purchases here. The entire staff are super friendly and willing and to help with any questions.
The staff are extremely lazey they don't even make an effort to see if the shoe is available they're like whatever is here are available lol I mean drink some coffee before you come to work .
Yuri and Yusuf are great. Yuri helped me choose my helmet and was very informative. Yusuf helped with picking a sneaker. Both are very kind and friendly.
