Was here today getting skates, Ayden S and Talon, as well as all the staff, were very friendly and had much knowledge on hockey equipment. Kindly helped me get fitted, and I walked out with a beautiful pair of skates and skate guards for the winter season. Highly recommend this location, best one I’ve been too by far.
Very disappointed with the service at this location. I was here today around 10:30am the person working had a really bad attitude. Really no reason to be rude.
We've been coming off and on for the past years - for ice skates, helmets, skis, etc - and have always had a great experience. Great service by knowledgeable staff who all skate / ski and know what they're talking about. Always friendly and helpful. The equipment is not cheap, but used items are available at reasonable prices. We've tried other options over the years - used over marketplace, new from stores, used from ski and ride. But I find this place is the best choice, you get the best value. We'll come again!
We went to Play It Again Sports to get ski and snowboarding equipments for our kids. AYDEN helped us and he was super nice and incredibly helpful. He measured and recommended the right sized boots and equipments for both kids and explained everything kindly and clearly. He was very patient with us and truly went above and beyond, especially to help our daughter who could not decide on the board! In the end (we were there Friday AND Saturday and he helped us on both days), we left with a smile on our daughter’s face. I highly recommend this place!

My experience with Play it Again Sports in Richmond Hill was nothing more than amazing! GREAT customer service and SUPERB support and knowledgeable advice from Cooper, Talon and the team l. It was Top Tier, Top Shelf and some of the BEST retail sales I’ve experienced:) 5 Stars….time 10!
Talon was working when I went in, friendly staff that knows what they are talking about. Fantastic service they helped me get what I needed and more even saving me some money and pointing me in the right direction for products they didn't carry. If you need some gear and/or advice I would definitely recommend this place.
