I have never been to a Spa that doesn't provide shampoo and body wash. The sauna was smelly and filled with ropes and towels. The facilities were very old and out of date. I would never recommend this place to anyone else.

I will not recommend this place to anyone who is paying less than regular price, very poor customer service.
Awful service. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment as requested to fill out forms before our spa package and were told to come back after about 30 minutes because they had somehow double booked clients during our time. We came back after 30 mins and they said she wasn't ready yet and we had to wait another 20 minutes. Receptionist asked us why we came back so quickly. They said it was because a regular client had called that day and requested to come in. So if you're a regular then great they are obviously willing to ruin others experience for your benefit. Massage itself was ok. The sea salt body scrub was probably the best part. There is a lot of time spent on product pushing both from reception and the masseuse. We tipped 15% and it looked like the receptionist was offended after looking at the receipt she rolled her eyes and asked if that was the tip? Idk that's weird af, haven't experienced a receptionist like this anywhere else. Overall, would not recommend this place to anyone.
I gave this place a 4 star because the staff was amazing . I did feel relaxed after all my treatments . I used a Groupon deal and it was such a steal . The owner - I would agree with everyones review where she is demanding when it comes to tip amount. She also doesnt give the best customer service . It is a bit small and can get crowded in the bathroom but that doesnt bother me but it maybe to others . If your looking for a spa day and dont want to spend much then I would recommend this place . If your looking for the frills then this isnt for you .
