Service is very good and fast! Both of the staffs are friendly and professional. They explained the whole process clearly. I have a great experience at the UPS!
Had an extremely unprofessional experience picking up a package from work at this business. I was collecting a package with the lady owner under an work alias to an alternate address and provided multiple forms of identification, including my driver’s license, a bank statement, order details, and even my work business card. Despite providing all necessary documentation, the process took nearly an hour, with contradictory instructions and unnecessary delays, even though I had guidance from a UPS phone representative. When I explain the situation to the male staff(owner) come in later, I realized that the two people handling my pickup were the business owners themselves. The male owner did not allow me to speak and interrupted my attempts to clarify, while the lady staff(owner)accessed my personal bank statements without my permission, scrolling through private information that had nothing to do with verifying my identity. This felt like a clear violation of my privacy and was completely unacceptable. Complaints submitted, hope the both owners take this feedback seriously, improve their customer service practices, and respect customers’ privacy. Other customers should not have to endure this level of poor service when picking up packages.
Very friendly people here, easy to drop off your shipments and when we used them for passport photos, there were no issues at all. Unlike the photos in the past we’ve used from Shoppers DM.
