Service here was really disappointing. The person working seemed very tired and disengaged, and it felt like he didn’t really want to be there. It made the experience feel cold and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend relying on this location if you want friendly or attentive service.
Viraj is amazing. Her skills and attitude are excellent, and she encouraged me to take the Red Cross CPR Instructor course. Without her support, I would never have taken the step to join. She is invaluable, caring, and one of the best. The course was excellent, and having Viraj as a guide made it even better.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Customer service was totally inadequate, they didn't print the label, no packaging (except the basic envelope), and the person at the desk seemed annoyed by my questions. That's not acceptable for a FedeX shipment (which is already very expensive).
I came here to return a medical pillow that was supposed to be returned to Amazon, but the owner of the service center refused to accept and said we don't have a box the size of it and you have to get one, which is against Amazon's customer service policies.
Incredibly rude and condescending! Apparently they charge if you haven’t printed your return label in advance, and feel that should be expected. Literally no other locations do this! Go to any other location!!!!
Very poor customer service. They make you pay 2$ for the shipping label which FedEx already pays them. Go to another location to save your time and money.
Very consistent... nobody mis-delivers routine packages more reliably than FedEx. I have a house, and they might get 20% of packages to my door. Pathetic.
