My experience was nothing short of a predatory bait-and-switch that left me with an incomplete repair and an outrageously inflated bill. I was quoted an initial diagnostic fee of $89. The technician arrived and, after barely 1 minutes of "inspection," provided a diagnosis and an astronomical repair quote of 405$. Incomplete Work & Deceptive Talk: The technician used vague, confusing, and manipulative language to pressure me into agreeing to immediate, overpriced labor. Phrases like "NO ONE WILL DO" were used to justify a completely unreasonable labor rate of $405. Unfair Charges and The Bottom Line: This company specializes in charging maximum rates for minimal, often faulty, work. They rely on confusing the customer with technical jargon to mask their unfair billing practices. I firmly believe the business model of this company is built on deception. They are, in effect, thieves who steal time and money by providing a fraudulent service. Save your money, time, and sanity. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Seek out a reputable provider who values honesty and completing a job properly.

Needed a repair done on a Samsung dishwasher; dishwasher was showing LE error, the Service Tech that was sent was extremely knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Very happy with the service call and would definitely use Superior Appliance Service again
