The service you get at Staples can vary GREATLY depending on the location! I had a poor experience at another branch and swore I’d never return, but the manager at this store, Mark, completely changed my perspective. His exceptional management skills turned things around, and I’m truly grateful for his professionalism.

Definitely more than a 5⭐ I've been to Staples print centre on red maple a few times this summer, it's always been a pleasant experience, but my review today is for an associate: Pranav has assisted me the past few times. I have to say he has been extremely helpful, he's very courteous and has great product knowledge. Amazing interpersonal skills and generally nice guy. He even remembered me as soon as I walked in today (which is rare these days)!!! I think I'll be asking for him every time I need any printing done at Staples.

Worst customer service. Didn’t want to actually help and insisted on having me print multiple copies of a document which would have taken no more than 5 minutes. I had to split up my printing because of the staples $25 limit per print session and due to that my card got blocked. And again, no one seemed to want to help. Super frustrating that this is what they consider “customer service”. Wasted 30 minutes of my day to keep generating new print sessions

not attending to the customer needs promptly. Keep us waiting and the service rep making excuses not to retake the passport picture that got rejected by passport office. Will not come here again for passport picture.
