After seeing all the positive reviews, I reached out to this print shop with very specific instructions to provide an exact quote—including all fees and shipping costs. After multiple email exchanges, I even called to confirm everything. They gave me a quote, but when I went to finalize the order, I discovered it didn’t include all shipping costs even though I very clearly articulated how many locations it had to go to and that I needed every fee written out. When I called to address the issue, I was met with the potentially the rudest customer service response I've ever encountered. Instead of taking accountability or helping find a solution, the woman (who seemed to be the manager) became flustered and accused me of not understanding how shipping works. I wasn’t hostile initially, but her terrible attitude quickly escalated the situation, and when I got frustrated with her dismissive comments, I hung up. This isn’t about whether the missing cost was $1 or $1000—a quote is a quote. If they can’t provide accurate and full pricing upfront, that’s one issue. But treating customers so poorly when they point it out? That’s unacceptable and no way to run a business. I hope anyone considering this shop takes this review seriously. If anything goes wrong with your order and it is clearly their fault, you’ll be met with one of the most unprofessional and rude responses imaginable. P.S. The manager corrected the final quote in the end with this message to top it all off. It's terribly rude to assume that I'm not in a financial position to pay for the full order when I am completely justified in requesting that hidden fees are removed, and frankly disgusting behaviour.
