My neighbourhood pet store sold me two dwarf hamsters that turned into 8 a bit later. Tru Pet was horrified and took full responsibility right away. I returned them all yesterday to get the situation corrected where we keep 3 including kids' favourite, after they've all been gender specified.

Theres one staff member that's EXTREMELY nice its the older lady at the counter, but the rest are all very rude in answering questions and are overall impolite.
Very friendly staff and always have what I need. Highly recommend.
